The 2019 Washington Affordable Housing Management Convention is almost here!  This year we expect even higher attendance than last year.  We want your company to be there!  Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to reach the Multifamily affordable housing professionals. Mark your calendar for Wednesday April 24, 2019 at the Hilton Vancouver Convention Center.  This 1 day exhibit opens with breakfast at 7:30 am on Wednesday, April 24 and concludes at 2 pm. A complete agenda with display times will be emailed to you prior to the event.

All tabletop exhibits include admission for two representatives.  Additional representatives may attend at a fee of $100 per person.

All Vendors will receive:

  • Setup/Dismantle information - 2 weeks prior to event
  • Pre-registration list - 2 weeks prior to event
  • Table/Booth assignments - available on site at event

 The conference location, nor AHMA/ARHC, maintain insurance covering exhibitors' property.

All registrations will close 10 business days prior to the start of the event.

Terms: Full payment for exhibit space must be made no later than 03/20/2019. If full payment for exhibit space is not received by 03/20/2019, AHMA/ARHC shall have the right to consider this agreement terminated and may lease the space to another exhibitor.

Payment: Once a registration has been submitted, the registrant is responsible for payment. Registration fees are based on the membership status of your organization at the time of registration.

Cancellations: Must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the start of the event to receive a refund less a $100 fee. After that date, only booth representative substitutions may be made. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE. Additional reps and Electricity are non-refundable.

Special Needs: AHMA/ARHC complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have special physical, dietary, or other needs, please contact AHMA/ARHC at 360.561.3480 prior to the event.

Door Prize Policy: Each exhibitor is encouraged to provide a door prize for the attendees and remember, this prize must be suitable for the winner to easily take it home with them. Door Prize drawings will be held during the General Session on Wednesday, April 24 (9:00 am - 10:00 am). Please bring your door prize(s) with you to the session.  Neither the AHMA/ARHC associations, nor AHMA/ARHC staff will be responsible for door prize(s) should the vendor not be able to attend the session OR for shipping any prizes to winners.
